Rachel B. Noel is an 8th grade middle school that offers students a wide range of educational and enrichment opportunities. From our Gifted and Talented program, to enrichment, sports and after school clubs and activities, we think that all students will find something of interest here at RBN.
For the 2012-2013 school year, Rachel B. Noel will be serving students in eight grade only.
