At Rachel B. Noel, it is our mission to ensure that each and every student can read at or above grade level. To ensure that we reach this mission and that the individual need of every student is met, we offer a range of services including:
- Beacons Neighborhood Center, which provides comprehensive after school enrichment program
- ELA-E programming
- Free tutoring before and after school
- Parent website to track grades and attendance
- Special Education services
- Technology classes and three computer labs
